In my private suite, there are no crowds and no rushing—just personalized hair care in a peaceful, grounded space where you can truly relax, recharge, and feel cared for. CANCELLATION POLICY
24-Hour Cancellation Policy We understand that scheduling adjustments are sometimes necessary. We respectfully request that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or change to your appointment. • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge equal to 25% of the reserved service amount. • "No-Shows" (missed appointments without any notice) will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. We require a credit card on file to secure all appointments. By booking with us, you authorize us to charge your card in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
